Monthly billings will be furnished for all services rendered. Payments shall be due and payable upon presentation of invoices. All rates are effective until March 1, 2007. Services provided after that date will be billed using the March 1, 2007 Standard Hourly Rate Schedule unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
