PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Diann Marsh thanked the City Council for helping with the purchase of the historic Dr. Willela <br />Howe-Waffle House and invited the Council Members to a celebration reception on April 20 <br />between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the Howe-Waffle House located at 120 W.
