Award a contract to LNI Custom Manufacturing, Inc., the lowest <br />responsible bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the <br />estimated amount of $220,100 for manufacturing and installation of <br />the Main Street archway sign. <br /> <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction cost <br />of $308,105. <br /> <br />3. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and the Clerk of the Council to execute a Cooperative Agreement <br />between the City of Santa Ana and the Community Redevelopment Agency <br />for the manufacturing and installation of the Main Street archway <br />sign. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION <br /> <br />Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the City <br />Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute a Cooperative Agreement <br />between the City of Santa Ana and the Community Redevelopment Agency for <br />the manufacturing and installation of the Main Street archway sign. <br /> <br />80A-1 <br />
