The proposed plan modification incorporates new funds <br />for the fiscal year and establishes new participant service plans. WIA <br />regulations require a thirty-day public comment period for all plan <br />modifications to allow for input on the intended use of the resources for <br />fiscal year 2006-07. The proposed plan modification was mailed to all <br />WIB members and other interested parties on August 4, 2006, and a notice <br />was published in the Orange County Register announcing its availability <br />to the public for a thirty day comment period. On September 8, 2006, <br />Notification of the Public Hearing was published in the Orange County <br />Register.
