<br />3 All bookkeepIng/accountIng records, files and data are revIewed by an independent <br />Certified CPA for review, analysis and accountability on a quarterlv basis for fiscal <br />accountability This Includes all fiscal reports involving yearly tax requirements to <br />tbe IRS and State of California, relevant to 501 c-3 non-profit organizations. <br /> <br />Will the organization have trouble invoicing for services provided on a monthly <br />basis? Describe invoicing process. <br /> <br />CLAMA/Project RYTMO is capable of providing invoices on a monthly basis: Based <br />upon the budgeted funding approved by the funding agency, organization or private donors, <br />mvoices are generated and posted utilizing QuickBooks software <br />Invoices are then mailed to the appropriate funding agency as required. Once collected, all <br />funds are deposited via check or direct deposit into an individual checking account, or into <br />the CLAMA General account as needed All deposits, checking accounts and statements are <br />reconciled by the bookkeeper, and reviewed/approved by the Financial Administrator. <br />Monthly reports are provided to the CLAMA Treasurer and Board of DIrectors for review <br />and approval. <br /> <br />Submit most recent financial statements or audit reports. <br />*(SEE ATTACHED "CLAMA Financial Statement") <br /> <br />Su bcontracting <br />Subcontracting client services/activities is not permissible under this contract. <br />However if planning to subcontract non-client services, identify subcontracts role <br />and estimated cost for services. <br /> <br />There will be no sub-contractors or client services/activities utilized through Project <br />RYTMO. <br /> <br />However, strategic partnerships have been formed to provide greater quality of services to <br />the participants in the program. <br /> <br />(See attachment of list of partnerships/Jetters of support) <br /> <br /><1 <br />
