amounts the Contractor proves could have reasonably been <br />avoided by the City. <br />Upon Go Live of the Computer Aided Dispatch System, the City <br />shall unconditionally release the bond by written notice to <br />the surety and Contractor and the surety shall be exonerated <br />by such written notice. In the absence of such written <br />notice, the Contractor shall be entitled to present to the <br />surety written evidence of Go Live, signed by the City, and <br />the Performance Bond shall thereupon be deemed released and <br />the surety exonerated. <br />Primary Agreement Page 17 <br />
