PART VI <br />ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WORK <br />6.1 Storage of Materials; Cleaning Up. It shall be the <br />Contractor's responsibility to clean any areas impacted by <br />the performance of its duties under this Agreement. The <br />City will not be responsible for loss of, or damage to, <br />materials, tools, appliances or work arising from acts of <br />theft, vandalism malicious mischief or other causes at the <br />City, or any partner agency locations. The Contractor shall <br />remove all debris arising from the performance of its <br />services hereunder on a daily basis and upon completion of <br />such services. <br />6.2 Extra Work. No claims for extra work will be allowed unless <br />the same shall have been previously agreed to by the City in <br />a written Change Order pursuant to Section 5.2 hereof. <br />6.3 Status Reports. The Contractor shall submit, in a format <br />mutually agreeable to both parties, written monthly reports <br />on the status of the work so that the City is kept fully <br />informed of its progress. The City shall designate in <br />writing, from time to time, its project director or other <br />representative to whom required reports shall be directed. <br />The reports shall be submitted to the City so that they are <br />received by the City no later than the fifth business day of <br />each calendar month. The Contractor agrees to attend monthly <br />on -site meetings with the Project Team which may be waived <br />with the approval of the City Project Manager. <br />Primary Agreement Page 18 <br />
