Exhibit A: Statement of Work <br />will be provided on -site for a consecutive five (5) day period [not to exceed eight (S) hours per <br />twenty-four (24) hour period]. <br />b. Allow Santa Ana to videotape Refresher Training classes for the purpose of presentation to future <br />Santa Ana training classes. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Designate and assign personnel to receive training in groups not to exceed the class sizes listed <br />in the attached Training Plan. <br />b. Provide suitable classroom facilities with computer workstation equipment for each staff member <br />participating in the training session. <br />C. Provide sufficient copies of the documentation supplied by TriTech to support all students in the <br />training classes. <br />d. Ensure that appropriate Santa Ana Training personnel are available to actively participate in the <br />scheduled training programs. <br />e. Ensure that Santa Ana personnel to receive CAD training are proficient in the use of Microsoft <br />Windows functionality. <br />f. Provide any desired video taping equipment and services for the purpose of taping training <br />classes for the purpose of future training of Santa Ana staff. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon completion of five (5) consecutive days of TriTech-provided on -site <br />Refresher Training. <br />Task 19: Total System Integration Validation <br />Objective: Provide System -Wide validation of functionality as identified in the TriTech RFP response, <br />the as -built documentation, the interface control document, and the acceptance test plan. <br />Task Description: <br />Upon acceptance of the final installed subsystem or interface (whichever occurs last), a final validation test <br />will be conducted to insure that the totality of all systems are operational per the TriTech RFP response, <br />the as -built documentation, the interface control document, and the acceptance test plan. <br />Responsibilities: <br />TriTech shall: <br />a. Meet with Santa Ana staff to discuss project completion and review all outstanding action items <br />with Santa Ana project team. <br />b. Identify target resolution dates for any identified issues requiring correction. <br />C. Review the TriTech RFP response, the as -built documentation, the interface control document, <br />and the acceptance test plans for any non -completed tasks or services and identify resolution <br />dates for any identified issues requiring correction. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />24 <br />
