Two copies of the "Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan". <br /> <br />NOTE: This project involves construction activities that result in a land disturbance of <br />one or more acres. Project owners, including the landowner and involved <br />developers, must obtain coverage from the State Water Resource Control Board <br />under the General Construction Storm Water Permit to discharge storm water <br />associated with construction activity. Submit and have approved a surface drainage/utility plan that depicts all applicable "Site <br />Design," structural "Source Control," and "Treatment Control" Best Management <br />Practices (BMPs) in accordance with the Orange County Drainage Area Management <br />Plan (DAMP) and the City of Santa Ana Local Implementation Plan (LIP). <br /> <br />3. Provide two copies of the "Water Quality Management Plan" (WQMP) that include the <br />following: <br /> <br />a. Site Assessment. <br /> <br />b. Site Design BMPs. <br /> <br />c. Applicable Routine Source Control BMPs. <br /> <br />d. Selection and sizing of the Treatment Control BMPs. <br /> <br />e. Mechanism(s) by which funding for long-term operation and maintenance of all <br />Structural BMPs will be provided. <br />
