• Design and produce forty (40) copies of the Controller /Evaluator (C /E) Manual • Design and produce fifty (50) copies of the MSEL • Design and produce three hundred (300) copies of the Player Handbook/Phonebook • Design and produce three - hundred (300) participant and observer badges • Create and produce fifty (50) copies of the Fast Facts document for use by the simulations cell, controllers, and evaluators • Identify and provide fifteen (15) exercise controllers for a 3 -day period • Develop and produce registration materials for the FE • Conduct controller, evaluator, and simulations cell training. • Analyze the completed evaluation forms, participant evaluation forms, and hot wash debrief comments to produce a post - exercise AAR • Prepare and submit to Anaheim and Santa Ana Police Departments a draft AAR within 45 days of exercise completion. Final AAR will be delivered no later than 60 days after exercise completion • Prepare five (5) hard copies and one (1) CD -ROM copy of the AAR B. Prevention Tabletop Exercise. • Coordinate and facilitate up to three (3) exercise planning meetings for the tabletop exercise (TTX) • Provide a TTX invitation letter, and track RSVPs • Produce exercise participant badges, table tents, and conduct exercise registration • Develop and reproduce copies of TTX Situation Manual (SITMAN) in sufficient numbers for the exercise, but not to exceed 100 copies • Coordinate an appropriate number of facilitators to the TTX • Produce an AAR within 45 days of the exercise completion • Provide five (5) hard copies and one (1) CD -ROM copy of each AAR • Prepare all documents in accordance with Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) Volume IV standards C.
