This conditional use permit shall be null and void and of no <br />force and effect unless and until the City Council, in the <br />exercise of its sole discretion, approves a tentative tract <br />map for this project. <br /> <br />13. The proposed structure shall be built to all applicable <br />commercial codes established by the 2001 California Building <br />Code, and shall be compliant with the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act to allow for the commercial uses on upper <br />floors. <br /> <br />14.
