Would the project result in substantial soil erosion or the <br />loss of topsoil? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed amendment to the Municipal Code to <br />establish a zoning ordinance for a Specific District and any <br />subsequent construction according to this zoning document would <br />not result in or increase the potential for soil erosion or <br />sedimentation impacts. Short-term erosion potential would be <br />subject to the City's erosion control requirements, and would <br />therefore not cause an impact, <br /> <br />c. Would the project result in the loss of a unique geological <br />feature? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR there <br />are no known geological hazards or unique geologic features in <br />the City.
