Prior to issuance of building permits, details regarding each unit's access <br />to the roof deck, as well as elevator specifications, shall be submitted for <br />review and approval by the Planning Division. <br /> <br />20. Prior to issuance of building permits, details of the building's security <br />feature for visitors to contact individual units for entry shall be submitted to <br />the Planning Division and Police Department for review and approval. <br /> <br />21. Prior to issuance of building permits, submit for review a plan outlining the <br />design of the fire access location, as well as automatic fire sprinklers, fire <br />alarms, and standpipe systems. <br /> <br />22. Prior to issuance of building permits, submit a plan for review indicating <br />the location of utility vaults, transformers, check valves, air conditioning <br />units, and gas and water meters. These appurtenances shall be screened <br />from public view and be integrated into the building's architecture. <br /> <br />23. Prior to issuance of building permits, submit a plan for review indicating <br />the location of all water heaters. These mechanical items are to be within <br />the footprint of the building. <br /> <br />24. Prior to issuance of building permits, submit a Historic American Building <br />Survey (HABS) related to the historic ghost sign on the easterly adjacent <br />building that is completed by a qualified Architectural Historian to the <br />Planning Division for review and archival purposes. <br /> <br />25. Prior to issuance of building permits, submit a proposal for an <br />interpretative sign and display to be mounted on the Fourth Street building <br />fa9ade at street level related to the historic ghost billboard for review and <br />approval by the Planning Division. This interpretative sign shall include <br />photographs of the billboard, as well as a narrative description of the <br />billboard's historical aspects. <br /> <br />26. Prior to issuance of building permits, an address directory/plan with <br />accompanying floor plan must be submitted to the Planning Division for <br />approval. <br /> <br />27.
