<br />2007. A detailed project plan and construction schedule must be submitted to ensure <br />that this timeframe can be met. <br /> <br />6. Project Management: The successful proposer shall provide a single point <br />managerial level contact for the City to coordinate all requirements and to be the point <br />of contact for any problems/questions that may arise. Please submit this contact <br />person's name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and fax number. <br /> <br />7. Post Installation: The successful vendor will be responsible for the clean up of all <br />garbage, debris, steel, paper product, packaging, excess supply items, etc. All <br />dumpsters, garbage trucks, dump trucks, etc., needed for debris removal shall be the <br />responsibility of proposer. Proposer shall make every effort to keep sidewalks, streets, <br />parking areas, and other travel ways clear of debris or equipment. The site area is to <br />be restored to its original condition upon completion of the project, including repair of <br />all turf, irrigation, landscape materials and hardscape disrupted during the course of <br />the project. <br /> <br />B. Unit/System Features (both Scoreboard and Marquee) <br /> <br />I. Quality Control <br />a) Scoreboard and marquee are to be designed for outdoor use; <br />b) Source limitations: obtain each type of scoring or related equipment through one <br />source from a single manufacturer; <br />c) ETL listed to UL Standards 48 and 1433; <br />d) NEC compliant; <br />e) FCC compliant; <br />f) ETLC listed to CAN/CSA 22.2. <br /> <br />2. Warranty/Service Plan <br />a) Provide 5 years of complete maintenance/coverage for all equipment, <br />components and service; <br />b) Provide an exchange program to supply replacement parts for equipment and <br />components that fail during the coverage period. To minimize downtime, the <br />exchange parts shall be shipped on the same day the order is received or on the <br />following day. The manufacturer will also enclose an air bill for return of the <br />defective components; <br />c) Provide access to a local Authorized Service Company; <br />d) Provide a help desk staffed by experienced technicians and coordinators who are <br />thoroughly familiar with the scoreboard and marquee and available for technical <br />support. This staff must be available at no additional cost to the customer and <br />provide an "on-call" service during weekends. <br /> <br />3. Products <br />a) One complete informational marquee with: <br />(1) One 20mm 64xl76 RGB 68 billion color LED message display <br />(2) Display housing dimensions shall measure 4'-9" (1727 mm) high, 12'-0" <br />(3658 mm) wide, 0' -8" (203 mm) deep. The front-to-back housing depth <br />shall measure 8" (203 mm) <br /> <br />7 <br />
