Installation <br />a) All power and control cables to equipment shall be routed in conduit, power to <br />the scoreboards/displays as well as raceways shown on electrical plans by the <br />Electrical Contractor. Wiring shall be the responsibility ofthe contractor <br />assigned the equipment <br />b) Install scoreboards and exterior displays to beams in location detailed and in <br />accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Verify unit is plumb and level <br />c) Vendor shall comply with all applicable codes <br />d) Vendor's on-site work practices to comply with OSHA standards <br />e) Vendor shall provide equipment to access displays as needed until installation is <br />100% operational <br />f) Vendor shall complete installation in a timely marmer and coordinate with <br />owner's schedule <br />g) Vendor shall complete clean-up and disposal of debris caused by work, <br />including packing materials. Clean-up to be done on a daily basis <br />h) Vendor shall be responsible for removal and off-site disposal of all existing <br />equipment and materials <br />i) Vendor shall be responsible for damage, theft, or defacing of equipment during <br />unloading and through installation, up to and including first operation of <br />equipment <br />j) Vendor shall provide complete list of all subcontractors and suppliers of material <br />and the breakout of the costs after the award of the contract <br />k) Vendor shall require all subcontractors to provide an experienced superintendent <br />or foreman, familiar and experienced in work similar to the work used on this <br />project as well as this subcontractor's trade <br />I) Vendor shall provide a project manager dedicated to this project <br /> <br />8 <br />
