Sr. Eileen has been a Sister of St. Joseph of Orange for over f0l1y years. She received her M.A. in Educational Administration and a M.S. in Counseling Psychology. She is on the Board of Trustees for St. Joseph's Hospital and is a member of the WIB Youth Council. Sister Mary Rogers (.20), Associate Director. Sister Mary has been a Sister of St. Joseph of Orange over for 40 years. She received her B.A. at Loyola Marymounl. She holds a California Life Standard Elementary Teaching Credential and a Supplementary Authorization Teaching Credential for High School Computer Instruction. Shawna Smith (.50), Program Director. Shawna has worked at TSJ for seven years assisting in the development of numerous projects including Taller Tech. She received her B.A. from Santa Clara University and spent a year working with the Jesuit V olunteer Corps in Orange Connty. Sister Christine Ray (.50), Operations Coordinator. Sr. Chris worked as an administrative assistant for the woodshop for two years. She received her B.A. in Liberal Arts from Loyola Marymount. She has been a Sister of St. Joseph of Orange for over twenty years and worked as a chaplain for St. Joseph's Hospital for ten years prior to coming to TSJ. Daniel Suarez (.50), Construction Training Coordinator. Dan completed his apprenticeship training and achieved joumeyman status with the Carpenters Union after serving in the Anny during Vietnam. Dan has been a licensed general contractor since 1976. Before coming to Taller San Jose, Dan received certification in Auto CAD design from MTI College. Perdo Sarinana (.50), Construction Instructor. Pedro is a graduate of the Taller Tech program and has worked in the construction industry for thl'ee years. He is culTently attending Orange Coast Community College. Sergio Ortega (.50), Job Developer. Sergio was born in Mexico and il11111igrated with his family to the United States at a young age. He has extensive experience in marketing, and over the past several years, has provided job development services at Goodwill Industries and the City of Garden Grove. Artnro Guenero (.25), Case Manager. Art works closely with students with criminal and/or drug and alcohol issues. He received his B.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University. Before coming to TSJ, Ali worked for over twenty years as a federal probation officer. Keavin Milbum (.50), Program Director for CareerTech. Keavin received his M.B.A. with emphasis in Teclmology Management and a B.S. in Business Infonnation Systems. He has been an adjunct professor with the University of Phoenix for 4 years and has over 18 years experience in InfoTI11ation Technology. 9
