"Assumes ad spend to be paid directly by client. <br />Placements are available through the agency at a nominal service fee. <br />2) Tet (Lunar New Year) Festival (PR Consultation, Strategy & Execution) = 39 hours <br />o Consult with client to develop a proactive PR strategy that drives consumer media <br />coverage supporting Tet Festival event, including focus including print/online and <br />broadcast coverage in English, Vietnamese and Spanish -language media outlets. <br />o Produce Electronic Press Kit (EPK) using curated content (existing event <br />announcement release and past event images / video B-roll) and draft Media Alert <br />highlighting the activities and attractions at the 2025 City of Santa Ana Tet <br />Festival, encouraging media attendance and coverage. <br />o Development of suggested media messages / interview talking points (as needed). <br />o Provide local (SoCal) outreach to all relevant online/print and broadcast outlets. <br />o Pitch local OC/LA broadcast TV media with the goal of securing at least one (1) <br />live or taped TV segments (pre -event or morning of Jan. 25). <br />o Agency attendance at event, to coordinate any onsite media attendance and <br />capturing B-roll for post -event media outreach. <br />o Ensure inclusion of the event an short -lead SoCal online event calendars. <br />3) Santa Ana Fun Run (PR Consultation, Strategy & Execution) = 38.5 hours <br />o Consult with client to develop a 4-week ad campaign (Apr -May) to promote event <br />participation. Strategic planning to include: <br />o Plan to secure/negotiate media and media buying <br />o Ad trafficking and monitoring <br />o Ad creative development strategy <br />o Likely to include an emphasis on digital advertising (specifically Meta and display) <br />o Develop and refine target audiences for each paid advertising channel <br />o Execution of ad placements, monitoring and adjusting as needed throughout <br />campaign <br />o Campaign reporting and onalytics <br />• To ensure the success of this program and make an impact, we recommend allocating <br />a minimum advertising spend of $7,500 to support this project [specific channels to be <br />detailed in advertising plan].
