During the first year of the contract, the <br />transactional revenue fee collected from the <br />platform is not -to -exceed $48,000. Santa Ana may <br />choose to waive this not -to -exceed amount at any <br />time to add additional modules if applicable. <br />The following transaction categories will be <br />exempt from the transactional revenue fees <br />collected by Kaizen payments related to: <br />• Sponsorships <br />• Partnership <br />• Donations <br />• Grants <br />The Customer or the User of the platform will be <br />responsible for all transaction fees, which at <br />present time, are: <br />• 2.9% + $0.30 per successful transaction for <br />online transactions made via credit card, <br />Apple Pay, or Google Pay <br />• 0.08% (capped at $5 total) for online <br />Credit Card Transactions Fees transactions made via direct bank account <br />/ ACH <br />• 2.7% +$0.05 for in -person transactions <br />made via credit card <br />These fees are subject to change per the terms <br />and conditions of the Company's payment <br />processor. This fee can also be integrated as a <br />standardized price increase on all Parks & <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />This Order Form is effective as of the Effective Date listed above and is subject to, and hereby <br />incorporates, the Digital Services Terms and Conditions attached hereto (together with this Order <br />Form, the 'Agreement"). If there is a conflict between this Order Form and the Agreement, the <br />terms in this Order Form will control. <br />ACCEPTANCE <br />By signing below, the parties are agreeing to be bound by the covenants and obligations specified <br />in this Order Form and the Digital Services Terms and Conditions referenced above. <br />(Signature block on next page) <br />
