(See Minutes page 182.) <br /> <br />Motion: Reinstate the three positions eliminated itt the FY 97-98 City budget. <br /> <br />MOTION: Moreno <br /> <br />SECOND: Espinoza <br /> <br />City Manager David Ream outlined the sequence of meetings the City scheduled with the SE1U <br />during the budget process. <br /> <br />City Attorney Fletcher opined the decision to contract for Downtown maintenance service was <br />valid and proper, and that the City had met its legal "meet and confer" obligations regarding <br />elimination of the budget positions. <br /> <br />Substitute <br />Motion: 1.
