<br />"SEIU PART TIME UNIT" <br /> <br />ARTICLE IV <br /> <br />4.0 COMPENSATION AND OVERTIME <br /> <br />4.1 Wage Rate Schedule. The wage rates for designated class titles to which Part Time <br />employees are assigned are specified on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />A. Effective July 1, 2004, the base salaries of employees covered by this Agreement <br />shall not be increased. <br /> <br />B. Effective July 1, 2005, the base salaries of employees covered by this Agreement <br />shall not be increased. <br /> <br />C. Effective July 1, 2006, the base salaries of employees covered by this Agreement <br />shall be increased by approximately four and a half percent (4.5%). <br /> <br />D. Effective July I, 2007, the base salaries of employees covered by this Agreement <br />shall be increased by an amount equal to that received by the Police Officers' <br />Association, but shall not be less than approximately 3.5% nor exceed approximately <br />4.5%. <br /> <br />E. The parties agree that should any other City bargaining unit receive a higher salary <br />increase during the term of this Agreement, this bargaining unit shall receive the <br />same mcrease. <br /> <br />F. Equity Adjustments. In addition to the salary increases referenced in 4.1 above, <br />effective July 1, 2006, the following classifications shall receive an additional <br />amount as referenced below: <br /> <br />. Account Clerk II 3% <br />. Clerical Aide 3% <br />. Clerk Typist II 3% <br />. Equipment Service Attendant 3% <br />. Library Assistant 3% <br />. Library Clerk I 3% <br />.
