APA will work with the City to schedule these events at <br />appropriate sites (elementary schools, community centers, etc.) in different parts of the City. APA <br />will help staff these events in an administrative capaCity. <br />Direct Mail (pieces 5 & 6) <br />• Open House Invitation <br />Format: 8.5 x 11, folded to 8.5 x 5.5 <br />Quantity: 55,000 <br />Mail Date: May 29 <br />This mailer will remind voters that ballots have been sent and invite them to the Open House <br />meeting nearest to their property. <br />• Ballot Reminder <br />Format: 5.5 x 8.5 postcard <br />Quantity: 55,000 <br />Mail Date: June 10 <br />This postcard will be mailed to all parcel owners to remind them to cast their ballot. <br />Tracking Surveys <br />Early in the balloting process a short tracking survey (200 interviews) will be conducted to measure <br />attitude changes among property owners based on education materials. <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
