<br />Agreement with Millennium <br />Alarm Systems <br />November 8, 2006 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />One of the components approved under the Main Place BZPP is the <br />installation of additional security cameras and infrastructure at the Mall. <br />As a condition of installation, Westfield's management requires that the <br />mall's current vendor, Millennium Alarm Systems, install the system. <br />Utilization of Millennium will ensure a seamless operation and protect the <br />integrity of the system and performance. Once installed, the cameras will <br />become the property and responsibili ty of Mainplace wi th the provision <br />that they are linked to the Santa Ana police substation at the mall. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds are available in the Police Department's Buffer Zone Protection <br />Program, Other Contractual Services Account (account no. 128-350-various). <br /> <br />(j)-<vL~~ <br /> <br />Paul M.
