Reporting Requirements Reporting requirements for all programs included in HSGP will be consolidated into a single reporting system. Financial Status Report Obligations and expenditures must be reported to ODP on a quarterly basis through the FSR, which is due within 45 days of the end of each calendar quarter (Le. for the quarter ending March 31, FSR is due on May 15). A report must be submitted for every quarter the award is active, including partial calendar quarters, as well as for periods where no grant activity occurs.
