Mayor Pulido: expressed his appreciation to Congresswoman Sanchez for her assistance in securing $5.25 million in funding for the first phase of the Bristol Street widening project, explained the City would be applying for designation as a Round II Federal Urban Federal Empowerment Zone in October and opined the City's chances of obtaining such a designation were good, and • noted Tuesday was Election Day and encouraged everyone to vote.
