Tierra de las Pampas <br />September 1, 2006 <br />Page 9 <br />Prepare contract documents in City approved format, including the <br />following as applicable: <br />Cover sheet <br />Civil Engineering drawings to include: <br />- Demolition plan <br />- Grading plan <br />- Drainage plan <br />- Constuction layout plan for site improvements including <br />overlooks, pathways, structures and other site features <br />Field layout supplied as CAD disc. <br />- Construction notes. <br />Landscape architect will supply design and direction for these drawings. <br />Construction details <br />Architectural drawings for animal holding buildings to include: <br />- Foundation plan <br />-Roof framing plan <br />- Sections <br />- Elevations <br />- Structural and architectural details <br />- Structural calculations <br />-Water and power utilities 5' beyond building walls <br />• Irrigation plan <br />• Planting plan <br />• Specifications. <br />• Opinion of probable construction cost <br />B. Finalizing plans and specifications <br />Submit plans for City to review and comment. <br />2. Revise contract documents and estimates based on the City's <br />comments and requirements. <br />3. Drawings shall be signed and stamped by the appropriate design <br />professional. <br />(Allow 2 meetings with staff and Design Review Team during this phase) <br />C. Bidding <br />1. Respond to requests for information and clarification. <br />
