C. In case of conflict between codes, reference standards, drawings and the other <br />Contract Documents, the most stringent requirements shall govern. All conflicts shall <br />be brought to the attention of the ENGINEER for clarification and directions prior to <br />ordering or providing any materials or furnishing labor. The CONTRACTOR shall bid <br />for the most stringent requirements. <br />D. The CONTRACTOR shall construct the WORK specified herein in accordance with <br />the requirements of the Contract Documents and the referenced portions of those <br />referenced codes, standards, and specifications listed herein. <br />E. Applicable Standard Specifications: References in the Contract Documents to <br />"Standard Specifications" or SSPWC shall mean the Standard Specifications for <br />Public Works Construction, 1988 Edition, including the 1989 Supplement and 1988 <br />Regional Supplement Amendments and 1988 City of San Diego Supplement <br />Amendments. <br />F. References herein to "OSHA Regulations for Construction" shall mean Title 29, Part <br />1926, Construction Safety and Health Regulations, Code of Federal Regulations <br />(OSHA), including all changes and amendments thereto. <br />G. References herein to "OSHA Standards" shall mean Title 29, Part 1910, Occupational <br />Safety and Health Standards, Code of Federal Regulations (OSHA), including all <br />changes and amendments thereto. <br />H. Applicable Safety Standards: References herein to "Cal- OSHA" shall mean State of <br />California, Department of Industrial Relations, Construction Safety Orders, as <br />amended to date, and all changes and amendments thereto. <br />1.3 REGULATIONS RELATED TO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br />A.
