TO 7:37 P.M. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL RECONVENED - 7:37 P.M. <br /> <br />90.A. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Carrie Schumacher, owner of a residence in the condominium complex at 408 E. Civic Center <br />Drive, explained she had been unsuccessful over an extended period to get the Fire Department <br />to re-inspect the building's alarm system and requested the Council's assistance. The City <br />Manager indicated he would investigate and report to the Council. <br /> <br />90.B. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Moreno: <br />· requested Public Works staff to repair potholes in the vicinity of St. Gertrude and Center <br /> Streets; <br />· expressed frustration with the continuing sale of used household items from tracks parked on <br /> streets and asked ifa legislative remedy were possible (The City Attorney and Plarming and <br /> Building Agency Executive Director explained vending from vehicles was governed by the <br /> California Vehicle Code and difficult to enforce.
