Award a contract to R.J. Noble Company, the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the estimated amount <br />of $1,777,968 for construction of McFadden and Edinger Avenues, and <br />Hotel Terrace Pavement Rehabilitation. <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction cost <br />of $2,149,700. <br />3.
