Noted that Santa Ana had quality leaders and thanked the outgoing <br />Council members <br /> <br />Mayor Pulido <br />· Noted that Councilmember Martinez requested that the Council adjourn <br />in memory of Cynthia Yvonne Guerra-payan who was born and raised in <br />the City, attended Mater Dei and was a mentor to youth in the City <br />. Noted that Santa Ana today is a dramatically different city and that it has <br />changed for the better in the last few years <br />. Further noted that the City can still accomplish more and this will be the <br />challenge for the new Council <br />. Stated that since the voters approved Measure M and the infrastructure <br />bond measures, there will be more money available to achieve the vision <br />of the Council <br />.
