The lot is rectangular in shape and is <br />5,950 square feet in size. The property is bounded by multi-family <br />residences and offices to the north, and single-family and multi-family <br />residences to the south, east and west (Exhibits 1 and 2). The current <br />zoning classification for the subject property is Professional (P) with a <br />General Plan land use designation of Low Density Residential (LR-7). <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to construct a one-story, single-family <br />residence with a detached two-car garage.
