<br />over current levels of service being provided in the City, in <br />that the approval of the proposed ordinance would not involve <br />any activities that would substantially increase the demands for <br />public services. Through the conditional use permit process, <br />future Big Box retail uses implemented under the proposed <br />ordinance would be evaluated for potential public service <br />impacts. <br /> <br />XIII. RECREATION <br /> <br />A. Would the project increase the use of existing neighborhood <br />and regional parks or other recreational facilities such <br />that substantial physical deterioration of the facility <br />would occur or be accelerated? <br />B. Does the project include recreational facilities or require <br />the construction or expansion of recreational facilities, <br />which might have an adverse physical effect on the <br />enviromnent. <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed ordinance would not increase the use of <br />any recreational facilities or result in the significant need <br />for additional recreational facilities, in that the proposed <br />ordinance would not involve any activities that would increase <br />the demands for recreational facilities. No adverse impacts to <br />recreation facilities would be associated with the approval of <br />proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />XIV. TRANSPORTATION/TRAFFIC <br /> <br />A. Cause an increase in traffic, which is substantial in <br />relation to the existing traffic load and capacity of the <br />street system? <br />B. Exceed, either individually or cumulatively, a level of <br />service standard established by the county congestion <br />management agency for designated roads or highways? <br />C. Result in a change in air traffic patterns, inCluding <br />either an increase in traffic levels or a change in <br />location that results in substantial safety risks? <br />P. Substantially increase hazards to a design feature <br />E. Result in inadequate emergency access <br />F. Result in inadequate parking capacity <br />G.
