<br />No Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed amendment to the Municipal Code to <br />establish an ordinance for the regulation of Big Box retail uses <br />would not have an impact on traffic volumes, roadway <br />configurations, parking capacities, emergency access or level of <br />services established in the County of Orange Congestion <br />Management Plan, in that the proposed ordinance would not <br />involve any activities that would generate additional traffic or <br />parking needs. Through the conditional use permit process, <br />future Big Box retail uses implemented under the proposed <br />ordinance would be evaluated for potential traffic, circulation <br />and parking impacts. <br /> <br />XV. UTILITIES/SERVICE SYSTEMS <br /> <br />A. Exceed wastewater treatment requirements of the applicable <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board? <br />B. Require or result in the construction of new water or <br />wastewater treatment facilities or expansion of existing <br />facilities, the construction of which could cause <br />significant environmental effects? <br />C. Require or result in the construction of new storm water <br />drainage facilities or expansion of existing facilities, <br />the construction of which could cause significant <br />environmental effects? <br />D. Are sufficient water supplies available to serve the <br />project from existing entitlements and resources or are new <br />or expanded entitlements needed? <br />E. Result in the determination by the wastewater treatment <br />provider, which serves or may serve the project that it has <br />adequate capacity to serve the project's projected demand <br />in addition to the providers existing commitments. <br />F. Is the project served by a landfill with sufficient <br />permitted capacity to accommodate the project's solid waste <br />disposal needs? <br />G. Comply with federal, state and local statutes and <br />regulations related to solid waste? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed amendment to the Municipal Code to <br />establish an ordinance for the regulation of Big Box retail uses <br />would not increase the demand for additional utilities and <br />service systems over current levels of service being provided in <br />the City, in that the proposed ordinance would not involve any <br />activities that would increase the demands for utility systems. <br /> <br />755;34 <br />
