Cyber cafes and subject to compliance with the requirements of SAMC <br />Section 41-198.200. <br /> <br />C. Permitted Uses on floors above the first floor: <br /> <br />1. Professional and administrative offices, design professionals, but <br />excluding medical, dental, and massage therapy offices. <br />2. Fine art studio. <br />3. Fiber art studio. <br />4. Photography studio. <br /> <br />D. Conditionally Permitted Uses on floors above the first floor: <br /> <br />1. Multiple-family dwelling. <br />2. Live-work community. <br />3. Printing, lithography, and calligraphy studios. <br />4. Glass blowing and sculpturing studios. <br />5. Ceramic and pottery studios. <br /> <br />E. All other uses not expressly permitted or conditionally permitted in this ordinance <br />are prohibited. <br /> <br />Section 5. Maximum Permitted Building Density/Intensity for dwelling <br />units live/work community units or commercial tenant spaces <br /> <br />This development has specific constraints due to the limited site capacity and availability of <br />parking, and therefore, there is a maximum of five (5) dwelling units, live/work community <br />units or commercial tenant spaces within the floors above the first floor. <br /> <br />Section 6. Development Standards <br /> <br />A. Building height and basement. <br /> <br />1. Structures are subject to a height limitation of sixty-eight (68) feet above <br />ground level, which is defined as the vertical distance measured from the <br />curb level to the highest point of the roof surface. This excludes elevator <br />override area, appurtenances, and rooftop railings. <br />2.
