<br />KG - 1/30107 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN REVIEW NO. 2006- <br />07 AS CONDITIONED AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />NO. 2006-14 AS CONDITIONED FOR LIVE-WORK <br />COMMUNITY FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 320 <br />WEST FOURTH STREET WHICH IS WITHIN SPECIFIC <br />DEVELOPMENT NO. 80 (SD-80) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines <br />and declares as follows: <br /> <br />A.
