DETERMINATION <br /> <br />Based upon the evidence in light of the whole record documented <br />in the above evaluation and cited references, I find that the <br />proposed project would not have a significant impact on the <br />environment and a Mitigated Negative Declaration has been <br />prepared. <br /> <br />XVIV.
