Roy Alvarado and Provi Hull requested clarification regarding fences under <br />construction when the moratorium was imposed. <br />Councilmember McGuigan expressed concern with the 10-month extension of the <br />moratorium, indicating the lengthy period would delay fence building excessively. <br />Executive Director Robyn Uptegraff responded that although a 10-month <br />moratorium was the maximum period permitted, she hoped to provide a fence <br />standards ordinance to the Council within 3-4 months. <br />The Mayor closed the public hearing at 9:15 p.m. <br />Motion: Adopt emergency ordinance as amended by errata sheet to delete <br />"repaired" in Section 1 of the ordinance.
