KCN RFP #06-151 14 <br />Selecting KCN as the commissary vendor will decrease the vendor deliveries at <br />the facility, and therefore decreasing the security and time control for these <br />deliveries. A one time per week delivery of commissary goods versus daily <br />vendor deliveries will offer egress through the facility sally port one time per <br />week. <br />KCN has a large local warehouse to support the commissary needs of the City. <br />This Fontana, California warehouse provides support for the City with: <br />1.
