No adverse emergency <br />access impacts would be associated with the proposed project. <br /> <br />F. Result in inadequate parking capacity <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The project's parking requirement, based on the City of Santa Ana parking code is 56 parking stalls. The <br />project is 56 parking stalls; therefore the project complies with the City's parking requirement. <br /> <br />G. Conflict with adopted policies supporting alternative transportation <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would not be in conflict with any City policies regarding alternative modes of <br />transportation. Nor would implementation of the proposed project displace any existing modes of public <br />transportation provided within the project area. <br /> <br />XVI. Utilities and Service Systems <br /> <br />A. Exceed wastewater treatment requirements of the applicable Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board? <br /> <br />B. Require or result in the construction of new water or wastewater treatment facilities or <br />expansion of existing facilities, the construction of which could cause significant <br />environmental effects? <br /> <br />C. Require or result in the construction of new storm water drainage facilities or expansion of <br />existing facilities, the construction of which could cause significant environmental <br />effects? <br /> <br />D. Are sufficient water supplies available to serve the project from existing entitlements and <br />resources or are new or expanded entitlements needed? <br /> <br />E. Result in the determination by the wastewater treatment provider, which serves or may <br />serve the project that it has adequate capacity to serve the project's projected demand in <br />addition to the providers existing commitments. <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) regulates wastewater treatment for the City of Santa Ana. <br />The proposed project will not cause any violation of those standards set forth by the OCSD. <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana and OCSD would provide wastewater service to the proposed project. The project <br />area is currently improved with wastewater sewer facilities. Implementation of the project would not <br />increase wastewater demands in the project area over current condition. The wastewater demands of the <br />project would be accounted for in the City's Urban Water Management Plan. Additionally, implementation <br />of the project would not increase the amount of surface water runoff currently generated from the project <br />site.
