<br />· Submit for approval a surface drainage/grading/erosion <br />control plan. The plan is to include existing and proposed <br />elevations at and adjacent to all property lines. Drainage <br />routed to the street must be directed beneath the sidewalk <br />and through the curb. <br /> <br />· The project developer shall provide proof of coverage <br />under NPDES General Construction Activity Storm Water <br />Permit that includes; (a) A copy of the project's permit <br />issued by the State Water Resource Control Board that <br />identifies the permit number, (b) Two copies of the Storm <br />Water Pollution Prevention Plan. <br /> <br />· The project developer shall submit and have approved a <br />surface drainage/utility plan that depicts all applicable Site <br />Design, Structural Source Control and Treatment Control <br />Best Management Practices In accordance with the <br />Orange County Drainage Area Management Plan and the <br />City of Santa Ana Local Implementation Plan. <br /> <br />· Provide two copies of the Water Quality Management <br />Plan that would include the following: <br />o Site Assessment <br />o Site design Best Management Practices (BMP) <br />o Applicable Routine Source Control BMP <br />o Selecting and sizing the Treatment Control BMP <br />o Mechanisms by which funding for long-term operation <br />and maintenance of all structural BMP will be provided <br />o Operation and Maintenance Plan to describe the long-term <br />operation and maintenance requirements of all applicable <br />structural BMP and to identify the entity in charge of <br />implementation <br />· The proposed project would be subject to City of Santa <br />Ana Federal Clean Water Protection Enterprise Fees. <br />Prior tothe issuance of Certificate of Occupancy <br />· The existing building and parking lot must conform to the Police <br />provisions of Chapter 8, Article II, Division 3 of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code (Building Security Ordinance). <br />These code conditions will reqUIre that the existing <br />project's lighting, door/window locking devices and <br />addressing be upgraded to current code standards. <br />Lighting standards cannot be located in required landscape <br />planters. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />31sAs-48 <br /> <br />
