Gn12
GIS Data Resources, Inc
AddressPoints m
Maximum Limit Geometry changes of 5
30% or less for Releases on a quarterly Maintenance Cycle, 10% or less for Releases on a bi-annual
Maintenance Cycle, or 15% or less for Releases on an annual Maintenance
Spatial 1. All AddressPointsTM will be digitized and/or corrected to the building rooftops with respect to the
Accuracy most recent aerial imagery that GDR can obtain. If buildings are so new If buildings are so new
are so new that they do not appear on any imagery, GDR will then place points using
reasonable commercial efforts with the understanding that the Layer will be corrected to spatially
accurate imagery in a subsequent Release when said imagery becomes available to GDR
2. Any points found later to be in error in the original base map, will also be corrected not counting
against the maximum limit.
Attribution 1. The update of existing null records with newly acquired attribute data does not count against the
attribute update total. GDR realizes that a complete set of SITUS data is often difficult to come
by, and said data may not be available to either GDR or the Customer until after final delivery of
the project.
2. All records will be updated with new business/consumer information (resident name, phone,
income, etc.) if this was included in the original deliverable and Customer opted for updates.
This data can be updated on a separate schedule occurring no more frequent than the
maintenance schedule. For example, a Customer may have a bi-annual maintenance update
schedule, but opts to only have business/consumer information updated on a yearly basis. This
Customer could not opt to have business/consumer information updated quarterly because
quarterly updates occur more frequent than bi-annual updates. .
3. All records will be updated with new property information (# of beds/baths, pools, fireplaces,
etc.) if this was included in the original deliverable and Customer opted for updates. This data
can be updated on a separate schedule occurring no more frequent than the maintenance
schedule. For example, a Customer may have a bi-annual maintenance update schedule, but
opts to only have property information updated on a yearly basis. This Customer could not opt to
have property information updated quarterly because quarterly updates occur more frequent
than bi-annual updates.
Common Place Name Points
Maximum Limit I Geometry changes of 30% or less of the records in a commonplace name file
Spatial 1. With respect to the option chosen, common place points will be adjusted based on an exact
Accuracy geocode to the street centerline, a left/right offset geocode to the street centerline, or placed on
the rooftop of the building of the common place. In certain cases, buildings or roads may be so
new that they do not appear on any imagery. GDR will then place points on a best efforts basis
with the understanding that they will be corrected to spatially accurate imagery in a following
maintenance cycle when said imagery becomes available to GDR.
2. Any points found later to be in error in the original base map, will also be corrected not counting
against the maximum limit.
Attribution
8 Digital Drive, Suite 200, Novato, CA 94949 • (888) 654-4GDR (4437) • Phone (415) 884-4437 • FAX (415) 884-4407
Rev: 20051006 Page 12 of 12
