Safe and Modern Technologies <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PB will assist the City of Santa Ana in identifying and evaluating potential public/private funding <br />opportunities. However, the City will have ultimate responsibility for funding commitments, either <br />iocally or through private partnerships, and will provide input and direction from appropriate <br />departmental staff. PB will incorporate the City's proposed private/public funding commitments into <br />the overall alternatives evaluation. The City of Santa Ana will be responsible for identifying and <br />obtaining any and all letters, agreements, funding commitments, and action plans for pursuing such <br />agreements and commitments, within their respective jurisdictions, as specified in the OCTA <br />Evaluation Criteria. <br /> <br />A two-step evaluation process will be conducted: <br /> <br />1. Preliminary screening using key priority criteria to establish up to four candidate alternatives for <br />submittal to OCTA. <br /> <br />2. Final evaluation of candidate alternatives based on the full set of OCTA evaluation criteria for the Go <br />Local Program. <br /> <br />In the second-phase evaluation, aiternatives will be assessed based on their ability to meet the <br />performance measures identified for each evaluation criterion. The alternatives with the highest potential <br />for competing successfully in the Step 2 phase of the Go Local Program will be identified. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />.
