<br />Task 5. <br /> <br />Community Outreach <br /> <br />Community outreach will be a key component throughout the life of the Go Local study process. As such, <br />PB will coordinate and cooperate closely with the City of Santa Ana as well as key stakeholders and <br />potential financial partners to maintain communications as to the progress of the Go Locai project. In <br />consultation with the City, PB will Identify a list of key stakeholders and potential financial partners for the <br />Go Local Program early in the study process. This list will be refined, as needed, based on the study <br />progress. Input from these interested parties will be incorporated into the Alternatives Definition (Task 2) <br />and Alternatives Evaluation (Task 4). <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />. Technical support for community outreach/stakehoider meetings <br /> <br />Task 6. Go Local Project Concept Reports and Go Local Step 2 Application Package <br /> <br />As defined in the aCTA Go Local Program guidelines (August 10, 2006), two Project Concept reports will <br />be prepared for submission to aCTA: (1) "Six-Month Progress Report" and (2) "Final Report." Draft <br />versions of these reports will be submitted for review by the City of Santa Ana approximately four weeks <br />before the deadline to aCTA. Based on comments received from the City, the reports will be revised as <br />needed prior to submission to aCTA. <br /> <br />Based on the alternatives evaluation completed in Task 4 and aCTA program guidelines, PB will help the <br />City identify the most promising alternative for successful award of Step 2 funding by aCTA.
