COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Councilmember Moreno <br />Asked City Manager Dave Ream why the Council had not received <br />information requested relative to the Capital Improvement Program <br />including ten year summary information on citywide capital <br />expenditures and photographs of the areas recommended for <br />neighborhood improvement funding for FY2000-2001.
