<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-029 <br /> <br />jwf: 3/7/07 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2007-014 <br />ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT <br />AND CODE ENFORCEMENT COMMITTEE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby finds, determines and declares as follows: <br /> <br />A. By Resolution 2007-014 the City Council modified Committees of the <br />Council, creating the Development, Transportation, Public Safety and Parks, <br />Recreation, Education and Youth Committees. <br /> <br />B. The City Council seeks to create a fifth committee, the Neighborhood <br />Improvement and Code Enforcement Committee. <br /> <br />Section 2. From and after the date hereof, there shall be, in addition to those <br />committees established by Resolution 2007-014, a Neighborhood Improvement and <br />Code Enforcement Committee. Membership and appointment shall be as provided for <br />all other Council Committees. <br /> <br />Section 3.
