An acquisition agreement with Cilliani Trust to acquire a <br />portion of the property located at 420 S. Bristol Street <br />for $347,500. <br />2. A relocation agreement with Popular Medical Clinic and <br />Popular Pharmacy for $214,000. <br />3. A loss of goodwill agreement with Popular Medical Clinic <br />for $75,000. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />On March 6, 2006 the City Council approved the cooperative agreement <br />between the City and the Orange County Transportation Authority to <br />fund Bristol Street improvements from McFadden Avenue and Pine <br />Street. <br /> <br />Improvements include widening of the street <br />construction of landscaping in the parkways <br />traffic improvements, drainage structures, <br />amenities as outlines in the Specific Plan. <br /> <br />from four lanes to six, <br />and the median islands, <br />sound wall s , and other <br /> <br />To accommodate the widening, it is necessary to acquire a portion of <br />the Cilliani property, located at 420 S.
