<br />Agreement for Cilliani Trust <br />April 2, 2007 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />clinic at their present location to accommodate the doctor offices <br />and pharmacy. <br /> <br />To accomplish this, City will acquire a portion of their property at <br />420 S. Bristol and transfer the remnant parcels at 410 & 414 S. <br />Bristol to the Cilliani Trust for their future development (Exhibit <br />2).
