Sample envelopes have also been provided. <br />IV.A.8 INFORMATION ON TRANSFIRST, LLC <br />The Public Sector and TransFirst <br />As a municipal merchant services provider, CMTA, CSMFO, and GFOA member, TransFirst <br />understands the demands placed upon government finance staff. Our deep understanding of the <br />unique Government environment positions TransFirst as the ideal payment processing partner for <br />all facets of the public sector. We recognize that the wide spectrum of government agency <br />requirements provides for unique needs to be met, and that a retail -based payment transaction <br />system cannot be forced to fit into the public sector environment. Government agencies require <br />cost - competitive services and equipment that are robust, yet easy to use and are backed by <br />superior training and in -house customer service. <br />Management and Control Structure <br />Project management and maintenance will be provided through a flexible, integrated <br />relationship. Analysis of the current structure status, design of the rollout and an adaptive <br />implementation will be essential elements of a successful partnership with City of Santa Ana. <br />The following executive resumes include key staff responsible for the performance of a contract <br />awarded to TransFirst Holdings by The City of Santa Ana. Additionally, our Government <br />Services Division will be responsible for the day -to -day activity.
