Stoop <br /> <br />A stoop is frontoge wherein the fo<;ode is aligned close <br />to the frontage line with the first story elevated from <br />sidewalk sufficiently to secure privacy for the windows. <br />The entrance is usually on exterior stair and landing. <br />This type is recommended for ground floor residential <br />uses. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Forecourf <br /> <br />A forecour! is 0 frontage wherein a porfion of the fa<;ade is close to the <br />frontage line and the central portion is set back. The forecourt created is <br />suitable for vehicular drop offs and/or required open space areas. (Minimum <br />dimension af a forecourt should be 20 x 20 feet). This type of frontage <br />should be allocated in conjunction with other frantage types. Large trees <br />within the forecourts may overhang the sidewalks. <br />
