<br /> <br />4. Shop Front l~< / <br /> <br />A shop front is frontage wherein the fa~ade is aligned close to the frontage line <br />with the building entrance at sidewalk grade. This frontage is conventional <br />for retail use. It has substantial nOMeflective glazing at the sidewalk level <br />and should include awnings at main entrances that may overlap the sidewalk <br />consistent with the City's overhead sidewalk encroachment provisions. <br /> <br /> <br />5. Gallery <br /> <br />A gallery is frontage wherein the <br />fa~ade is aligned close to the <br />frontage line with an attached <br />cantilevered shed or a lightweight <br />colonnade which may overlap <br />front open space oreas.
