The Planning Commission <br />added conditions to require that all employees park on the project site <br />and that the conditions of the variance be reviewed by the Planning <br />Division after 90 days, 6 months, 1 year and annually there after from <br />the date of issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the project <br />(Exhibit A).
